• The client will provide photos of the windows and window sizes via email, text, or through my client form. This will be reviewed and I will provide a quote.

• A down deposit of $50 is required to begin all projects and to schedule an installation date*. This $50 will contribute toward your final payment.

• The client will receive an initial concept sketch to approve before the installation date. One revision is included in pricing. Please note: Unlike murals, window art is created on-site, in the moment. The sketch will include content and ideas, but may not include full detail and color. 

• Invoice balance is due during the day of installation. 

*Outdoor window art can only be painted in 36 degrees or warmer, and without any precipitation. This may affect installation schedule or days.

• The average artwork installation takes 7-11 hours depending on design / complexity.

• The client is not required to be on-site during the installation (but is always appreciated and encouraged to come see the work in progress!)

• Artwork removal in not included in pricing and only offered based on the artist’s availability. This service starts at $100.

• Please refrain from washing the artwork directly and if cleaning is required, spot clean with a damp paper towel and dish soap. If the installation is damaged or cannot be cleaned via spot cleaning, please contact me about touch-up services or repairs.
